LaChromUltra II adopts inorganic organic composite silicon materials with higher physical and chemical resistance than the original silicone particles. Hitachi High Tech has launched a chromatography column with a particle size of 1.9 µ m and a length of 250mm, which maximizes the pressure resistance of UHPLC.
Therefore, the application scope of UHPLC has also expanded from ultra high speed analysis to high separation analysis.

Users can choose a 250mm chromatographic column. The theoretical number of trays can reach over 50000, which can play an advantage in the analysis of related substances and multi-component analysis.
